I'd disagree. Sexuality is fluid in general. It's just our society pressuring men into thinking that hugging and stuff is "not manly" and makes you gay no matter what. But of course, some cultures have stuff like kisses and hugs n stuff for ages and yeah. But in general, it's just our society.

@@MisfitNightmare I didn't mean that it was inherent though. I always knew it was because of society. There's a deep fear among macho men they might be gay so they don't like to get close to other men. The less they do so the less comfortable they feel among both men and women physically. Then when they get physically close with a woman they get aroused more easily because they have unmet needs which would have been fulfilled by platonic touching. I know men who can't see any bare skin on a woman or even shake hands with one without wanting to go to bed with her and some can't even control themselves against the next steps. I have a form fitting black dress and because I had gained some weight since buying it the dress became even more form fitting and I wore it twice in front of a male friend. He keeps going on about how sexy I looked in that dress even years later. Now I hate to wear black. I used to live in Belgium where shaking hands and kisses on the cheek was more common yet more formal in other ways such as calling most people by title and last name. I went from being called a ragazza in Italy to being called a madame in France and Belgium in just two and three years skipping the signorina and mademoiselle part in between. Then when I returned to the UK I accepted kisses on the cheek from men as normal not realising they were coming on to me.

@@lemsip207 yeah, there's a lot of issues with men in general, like most of it is toxic masculinity and the way they were raised. Also as you pointed out, always sexualizing women. I have had the same problems and even more since I'm lesbian so i get sexualized even more by straight men. It's so sad and makes me feel uncomfortable.

@@MisfitNightmare I hate the fact I can't even show an ankle in some places as the men are too easily aroused. The more women have to be buttoned up the less accustomed men are to them. That's why boys and men who went to single sex schools have more trouble with women. My mother thought the same with girls' only schools (she went to one herself) so she deliberately sent me to mixed schools in order to get me to learn to stand up for myself and not to romanticise boys so much. Girls apparently do better academically in single sex schools than mixed schools and the reverse is true for boys so a compromise is single sex classes in a mixed school. Studies show that girls aren't affected as much emotionally and socially in single sex schools as boys are. Also that Lesbians are a fetish for some men. I became aware of that when Emmanuelle came out. It's because these men don't like to watch a man and a woman having sex as they are turned off by the man in the couple. I have a bisexual female friend who was targeted as well for threesomes.

@@MisfitNightmare Years ago I was an amateur dancer/extra in an alternative circus which involved the community but only when they had a local production on. I wasn't part of the core group who get paid and travel with them. In all female rehearsals the male dance instructer/choreographer got us to roll around in pairs on the floor so we had to lie on top of each other. Fully dressed of course. It felt awkward at first but I got used to it. It didn't feel like anything, good or bad. Then I went down with a cold so dropped out of the performances as I couldn't be standing on stage in pyjamas (the costume), in an unheated warehouse in winter. So I opted for being a steward instead as I could then wear layers.

I've seen Rammstein live two times. Second time was a few weeks ago in Prague and I've finally have seen their kiss. It was something! 🥰

@@MisfitNightmare I've seen that on video. It lasts a second with closed mouths. Was it like that in Prague. It's not the actual kiss but the looks they give each other that make it special.
